HOW I CAN HELP

Life presents us with all sorts of challenges, and it’s okay to seek support along the way. You might be feeling the weight of depression or anxiety, grappling with grief or loss, struggling with low self-esteem, or trying to understand complex relationship dynamics. Perhaps you're concerned about your relationship with food, or facing antenatal or postnatal depression or anxiety.

In our sessions, I won't offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, we will explore your thoughts and feelings together, helping you to make sense of them and find your own path forward. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood.
