HOW CAN I HELP?
People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons.
Sometimes it’s not easy to put into words — it’s just a sense that things don’t feel okay.
You might be feeling overwhelmed by everything, struggling just to get through the day, or finding it hard to get out of bed. Some days might feel heavy or relentless. You might feel stuck in your thoughts, or unable to stop crying, or like you’ve lost a sense of who you are.
For others, it’s less obvious from the outside — but inside, something isn’t sitting right. You might feel disconnected, numb, or caught in patterns that don’t seem to change, no matter how hard you try.
Often people come because they want things to feel different — even if they’re not sure how.
You might be hoping to feel a bit more like yourself again. To understand what’s been happening for you. To find a way through what feels difficult, rather than carrying it on your own.
Whatever brings you here — whether it feels small, overwhelming, or somewhere in between — it matters. And you don’t have to face it alone.

I work exclusively online, so that you can have therapy at the time that's most convenient for you. No rushing to be on time, no additional stress.
Therapy doesn't offer a quick fix. Instead, it gives you the space to breathe and figure out what's going on. I work from a Person-Centred approach which means I believe you have everything you need to feel better and it's my job to create the space
for you to do that.
My focus is on making sure you can talk about whatever feels most important to you, at your own pace. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to, and no expectation of where the conversation should go. We’ll simply begin where you are.
